Root down, Rise Up!
We welcome you to our 2nd Yoga & Creativity Workshop where will we go back to our roots... exploring Muladhara Chakra.
Muladhara or Root Chakra is our first energy centre, a physical place of rooting to the Earth itself, finding stability and connection, and a foundation for emotional development. It is also said to be linked to the unconscious mind, where our actions and experiences from past lives are stored.
Join us for a workshop to explore both your physical and emotional foundations, helping you to feel more grounded, balanced and at home with yourself, others and perhaps even a deeper connection to the Universe.
The day will include:
Yin Yoga Practice
Slow Flow Practice
Guided Meditation
Yogi Tea & Vegan snacks
Time to express yourself creatively!

No prior experience of Yoga or art is necessary, just an open mind and open heart. This is a safe space for creativity and self expression.
Please bring along any creative "things" that you may like to work with- papers, paints, pens, sewing, a journal... anything you like!
We will guide you with some ideas and provide materials for the creative part of the workshop, but you are free to find a quiet space somewhere and journal if you wish, continue with some self practice, or maybe even just have a cup of tea and a chat.
What to Bring:
Yourself
A Yoga Mat (if you don't have one please let us know)
Cushion/ blankets you might like for comfort
Notebook & pen
Any creative bits and bobs you would like to use
