Join me for a 2 hour workshop focusing on the practice and principles of Yin Yoga, followed by a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

Yin Yoga in a practice of patience, stillness, and surrender. We hold shapes for anything from 3 minutes upward to allow us to settle, and also to work deeper into the body- think connective tissue and bone.

Unlike Yang practices such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, the movement is none repetitive and not muscular based.

Expect to still be challenged as this isn't restorative Yoga, but also come away from the practice feeling more spacious in body and mind, relaxed, and peaceful.

Suitable for all abilities, though some experience of Yoga is recommended.
