Whatever your knowledge or experience of Yoga, I am available for 1-1 or small group private classes.
Benefits of private Yoga include; classes tailored to you, the opportunity to ask questions and deepen your understanding, work at your own pace, towards your own personal goals, and on specific areas; physically, emotionally, spiritually.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 all classes will be via Zoom for the time being.

Private classes all involve an initial consultation, and welcome information discussed.
Your first class will generally involve conversation and the chance to ask any questions, and get to know how we will move forward with your classes. There will also be some physical movement, breath work, introduction to concentration/ meditation, all ending in a nice long relaxation.
1 x 60 minute class £40.
First class for new clients only £20.
Block booking offers available.
Ideally you will have a Yoga mat, blocks, strap, cushion or pillow & a blanket.
If you are in need of any of these items I have some available to purchase at very reasonable prices.
When you own your breath nobody can steal your peace.
I have a relaxed approach to teaching and totally understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to cancel or reschedule. I do kindly ask that you try to give me as much notice as possible (preferably 48 hours).
Class time and date must be agreed via email in advance (please remember all classes are designed and tailored especially for you).
If you do not respond to my confirmation email in good time, unfortunately the spot will not be held for you.
Payment must be made at least 48 hours prior to class start time, in order to reserve your spot.
