In 2016 reasons for sickness absence, musculoskeletal problems (including back pain, neck and upper limb problems) resulted in a loss of 30.8 million days (22.4%). Mental health issues (including stress, depression, anxiety and serious conditions) were the next most common reason for sickness absence, resulting in 15.8 million days lost (11.5%).

I offer a variety of options including both mat and chair Yoga as well as the option to create a bespoke package for your workplace.
All classes are designed in mind of physically working on specific areas that may be affected through long periods of sitting, driving, desk based work- neck, shoulders, lower back.
Classes also include breathing techniques (Pranayama), guided meditation and relaxation, which can all help to relieve stress and anxiety both in and out of the work environment.
Classes start from £80 per hour, but will vary depending on number of students, and your specific requirements.
