After collaborating with Birmingham Mind in 2018 and earlier this year, I was delighted to offer the YOGA FOR WELLBEING course again in September.
Are you feeling sad, worried, stressed, anxious, or can't sleep?
Do you want to improve your mental wellbeing?
This 6 week course of Yoga classes took place at Quinborne Community Centre.
These classes are gentle movement, which can be adapted to beginners and limited mobility, including using a chair. Also breathing practices which can be taken off the mat to help us day to day, and time to relax and rest.
There is no pressure at all the take part in the whole 60 minute class, take it completely at your own pace. These classes offer a welcoming, safe and none judgemental environment for you to take a little time out to yourself, and learn some Yoga based movement and other techniques that can be really beneficial for both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Classes are completely FREE and open to service users of Birmingham Mind.
