April - June 2019

After collaborating with Birmingham Mind in 2018 to offer a course of FREE Yoga to service users, I was delighted to offer this again in 2019.

Are you feeling sad, worried, stressed, anxious, or can't sleep?
Do you want to improve your mental wellbeing?

This 6 week course of Yoga took place at Stirchley Baths.

Mind classes are all gentle movement, which can be adapted to beginners and limited mobility, including using a chair.

There is also breathing practices which can be taken off the mat to help us day to day, and time to relax and rest.

There is no pressure at all the take part in the whole 60 minute classes, you are more than welcome to take it completely at your pace.

A welcoming, safe and none judgemental environment for you to take a little time out to yourself, and learn some Yoga movement and other techniques that can be really beneficial for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

The classes are completely FREE and open to service users of Birmingham Mind.
